A Brief CV
Frances Richardson began her career in qualitative research at System Three, before moving to BMP, a London advertising agency, where she worked exclusively on creative development.
She was a founding partner of The Research Practice in 1990 and has been particularly active in developing the international side of the business.
She has extensive experience of research in the retail sector, personal care and CSR, as well as expertise in advertising development (UK and global).
She has also been working with a professional psychologist to develop ways of generating interesting consumer insights in emotionally challenging categories like personal care, skincare and weight management.
